We are part of the Casey Key Resort Mainland, our restaurant is open to the public including the poolside Tiki Bar, where we have nightly entertainment. Chef Rolf’s New Florida Kitchen offers multiple dining experiences all in one location: poolside, fine dining, casual breakfast/lunch, two full bar areas, event room for up to 250 guests, and two patio dining areas (1 pet-friendly). Our menu features fresh local seafood and prime meats, delicious when paired with a selection from our local craft beers or our extensive wine list.
